Position Level Senior Executive Requirements Responsibilities Develop lesson plans and ensure quality delivery of classes, training, seminars and workshops etc Develop learning materials, assignments, slip tests, as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance etc. Maintain high teaching quality and ensure student discipline, mannerism Provide academic feedbacks on the programmes/subjects and suggest improvements if necessary Conduct soft skill & behavioural training, specifically communication skill, grooming, customer service skill and team building etc Maintain professional relationships with all students and able to provide pastoral care and support to students.
